Our guests who purchase package tours must be shared and signed by the staff in charge of our boarding points (the tour transportation vehicle acceptance form) before getting on the bus or other means of transportation.
Fever measurements are carried out by the personnel in charge at our boarding points before our guests who buy package tours get on the bus or other transportation vehicles, and the fever measurement practice is continued daily throughout the tour.

Within the scope of social distance measures, our guides (mobile application support) make their explanations about the density that may occur in museums and archaeological sites.
In accordance with the circular dated 13.05.2020 announced by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, hotels, restaurants, boats, etc. Food / beverage to be purchased in services is served with disposable materials in services.
With the travel agent making your reservation; 24 hours before the tour start day, the reservation is confirmed by selecting the steps (HES code transactions / HEPP code creation button / Code usage time) via the mobile application "Hayat Eve Sığar", with the code generated.
Necessary updates are provided as the restrictions (mitigation of Covid-19 Normalization plan measures) are lifted and announced to the public under the coordination of the Scientific Committee and the Ministry of Health.
